Congress Programme
The scientific programme of the congress will comprise invited lectures, submitted lectures and poster presentations with discussions. The presentations will cover different aspects of brewing science and technology, including the application of new technology, beginning with raw materials, including the brewing, packaging and distribution processes and ending with consumer consumption.
The congress starts with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, 6 May; the scientific programme will run from Monday 7 through to Wednesday 9 May.
The Provisional Congress Programme with detailed information about the scientific and social programmes, hotel accommodation and registration form will be published in January 2007. Those who register for participation in the exhibition will automatically receive a copy of this programme.
