Sponsorship Scientific Programme
Proceedings CD-ROM - € 4.500,- (exclusive)
The Proceedings include all presented scientific contributions, international activity posters, curricula vitae of authors, an author index and a descriptor index, general information on EBC and the lists of participants and exhibitors. The CD-ROM will be distributed to all registered delegates after the Congress.
Sponsorship includes company advertising on the CD-ROM and acknowledgement in the promotional documents.
Speakers Preview Room - € 3.000,- (exclusive)
Sponsoring of this area represents a unique opportunity to reach all speakers taking part in the official lecture programme.
Sponsorship includes the company name on the entrance to the room, acknowledgement in the promotional documents as well as specific screen saver and screen background image with the company logo on the pc's in the preview room.
Pocket Programme - € 3.500,- (exclusive)
The pocket programme will be distributed to all participants in the Congress.
Sponsorship includes company advertising in the pocket programme and acknowledgement in the promotional documents.
Other Sponsorship Opportunities
* amounts shown are sponsorship costs, costs of individual items is additional. The sponsor is responsible to produce the item and to deliver it in Venice.
Congress Bags - prices upon request (exclusive)
Sponsorship of the delegate bags represents a unique opportunity to promote your company and product in a very prominent and visual way. The cost will cover the supply of the congress bags. The sponsor company will also be able to provide its own pads and pens to be inserted in the congress bags.
Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the final programme and one corporate logo on the front side of the congress bag.
Inserts in Congress Bag* - € 1.000,-
Exhibitors are welcome to have an insert in the congress bag, which will be given to each delegate. The insert is to be produced by the exhibitor and to be delivered to the congress venue in Venice at their cost. You will be informed on the exact date the material has to be shipped to Venice and we will in due course confirm the exact amount of inserts required. Format: maximum 1 leaflet A4 size for the above amount.
Internet Pub - € 5.000,- (exclusive)
The Internet Pub is one of the points most visited by congress delegates; it offers up-to-date technology services including internet access and e-mail. Provision of computers, servers and internet connections will be included on a complimentary basis.
Sponsorship of this item includes acknowledgement in the promotional documents and specific screen saver and screen background image with company logo on the pc's in the Internet Pub area.
Congress Signage - € 3.000,- (exclusive)
Directional signage will be placed in key locations throughout the congress venue.
Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the final programme and company name or logo on each sign placed in public areas of the venue.
Advertisement in Congress Programmes
The provisional and final programmes will be distributed widely. They are usually kept by the delegates as a reference document.

The format of the programmes will be A4 size (210 x 297 mm). The advertising material may be supplied as print-optimized composite pdf files or as QuarkXPress documents. Illustrator documents can be processed too, up to and incl. version 9. All material has to be submitted digitally and in high resolutions.

Sponsorship Social Events
Coffee Breaks - prices upon request
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be served daily (morning and afternoon) during the intervals.
Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the final programme as well as the sponsor's name displayed at all coffee bars.
Welcome Party - prices upon request
The Welcome Party is usually the most attended EBC social event. If offers a unique opportunity to reach most of the delegates.
Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the promotional documents and the sponsor's name displayed at the Welcome Party's main entrances.
Farewell Party - prices upon request
The Farewell Party will offer another unique opportunity to reach the congress delegates.
Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the promotional documents and the sponsor's name displayed at the Farewell Party's main entrances.
Lunches - prices upon request
Lunches will be served daily at various places throughout the congress venue.
Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the promotional literature and the sponsor's name displayed at all lunch outlets.
