Stand Rental Information

Format of the table top exhibition

The table top exhibit space will be in the form of standardized shell scheme stands, the dimensions of which are:

8 m2: 4 x 2 m (54 stands in total; see floor plan for numbers)

10 m2: 5 x 2 m (stand nr. 40)

12 m2: 4 x 3 m (stand nrs. 12, 20, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 55)

Displays may consist of equipment, services, materials and products if they can be self-supporting and set on the table. The walls may be used for posters or similar information, provided this material is not heavy. It is not intended that large display material is exhibited.

Exhibition Fee

The exhibition fees are:

€ 4000. - for the 8m2 stands

€ 5000. - for the 10m2 stand

€ 6000. - for the 12m2 stands

The exhibition fee for Scientific Institutes and Brewing Schools is € 2500. - per stand, for which only the 8m2 stands come into consideration. VAT 20% is not included.

Exhibition Fee includes

  • one (1) shell scheme stand
  • one (1) free full registration to the congress (scientific & social programme)
  • one (1) free exhibitor badge (including coffee, lunches, welcome and farewell party)
  • 24 hour general security
  • general lighting for all event areas
  • daily cleaning of aisles and common areas
  • the organizers and staff at your disposal

Exhibitors can buy additional exhibitor badges at the price of € 300. - per badge (these include coffee, lunches, welcome and farewell party)

Shell scheme stand

The shell scheme stand includes:

  • 8, 10 or 12 square meters per stand
  • white laminated back and side walls ('corner' stands can be without side wall if so wished to allow maximum exposure)
  • carpet
  • one square/oblong table to exhibit material
  • one round table for meetings
  • 4 chairs
  • 4 spot lights
  • electricity and 1 socket
  • 1 company sign on fascia board
  • wastebasket
  • build-up and dismantling
  • technical manual
  • daily cleaning

Stand allocation

The exhibition will be located in one large area at the Palazzo del Casinò. Coffee and lunches will be served here and there is space to sit down and discuss. The internet pub will be nearby.

Please visit EBC's website: http://www.ebc-nl.com/, 'congress - exhibition', in order to see the exhibition floor plan and the different stands that are available. When you have viewed the floor plan, please send us your exhibition order form by fax, indicate your preferred stand number and indicate whether or not you wish your stand to be adjacent to other exhibitors. Space is limited and the exhibit stands are assigned on a 'first come first served' basis.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the exhibition floor plan before construction of the stands.

Application and Contract for Stand Rental

Application for stand rental must be made on the enclosed Application and Contract form, which should be signed and returned to MCI before 15 March 2007 to guarantee listing in the final programme, but at the latest by 15 April 2007. The application form is legally binding.

Receipt of the application will be confirmed (see under Terms of Payment). In the event that space is sold out you will be notified immediately.

Technical Manual

A full Technical Manual giving further general and technical information, advice and full details on all aspects of the exhibition, venue, organisers and ancillary services available to exhibitors will be circulated in February 2007.

Product Information

All exhibitors will be requested to submit product information for publication in the congress programme. In January 2007 all registered exhibitors will be contacted by e-mail.

Terms of Payment

A deposit of 50% on the total exhibit fee due will be invoiced to you once the signed application and contract form has been received by MCI. Due for payment upon net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.25% per month will be added to invoices not paid within 30 days.

The remaining balance of 50% on the total fee is due on 1 March 2007.

Non-receipt of payment will automatically result in the release of the reserved space, a forfeiting of the deposit fee and cancellation of the contract.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to MCI

For cancellations made until:

  • 15 January 2007: 25% of the total cost of each item will be retained
  • 15 February 2007: 50% of the total cost of each item will be retained
  • from 1 March 2007: 100% of the total cost of each item will be retained
