With over 135 delegates the 2010 EBC hop symposium was without precedence both in terms of number of attendees and quality of presentations. 20 presentations within 6 topical sessions covered all aspects of hops, from the growing and breeding, its use as different products in the brewhouse, flavour chemistry and health aspects.
